An Armenian has won a gold medal in Turkey for weightlifting. On September 23, Tigran Martirosian, a 170 (77kg) pound man, lifted a total weight of approximately 822 (373kg) pounds, about 381 (173) pounds in Snatch, and about 440 (200kg) pounds in Clean and Jerk.
